- all products but custom pieces are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receiving the item
- if your order arrives broken, please contact me through the contact page and it will be exchanged for an unbroken item or store credit
SHIPPING
- pieces are generally made to order and are shipped out around a week after ordering- orders should arrive within a week if shipped in the U.S.
- tracking information can be provided on request! shoot me an email through the contact page with your order number and I'll get back to you as soon as it's available.
